No returns
All sales are final: we do not accept returns or give refunds under any circumstances — you can use the exchange option instead.
Card payments are non-refundable
Amounts paid by card (Visa / Mastercard) are not refundable in any way.
How do I request an exchange?
It's simple:

Have your order number ready (6 letters and digits, like 38QFPR) and tell us which item you'd like to exchange.

Our team will get in touch to arrange the exchange.

We protect our customers' privacy: we only share information about an order with its order number, and never give out information about anyone by their name or phone number.
